Ordering Process at VietPhatPlas
Our ordering process is designed to be clear, transparent, and flexible, making it easy for customers to work with VietPhatPlas whether it's a first-time order or a repeat one.
Step 1: Share Your Requirements
Customers can contact us via email, WhatsApp, phone, or the website contact form, providing key details such as: product type, material, size, thickness, color, estimated quantity, product design files, and printing requirements (if any).
Step 2: Sample Review & Quotation
Depending on the product type, customers may need to send us a physical sample so we can check the material, plastic type, color, and quality — allowing us to provide the most accurate quotation. Our sales and technical team will then propose a suitable solution, advise on materials, optimize specifications, and send a detailed quote.
Step 3: Order Confirmation
Once both parties agree on the design, we will produce a pre-production sample and send it to the customer for confirmation, ensuring full alignment before mass production begins. Once the design, pricing, and payment terms are confirmed in writing (PO/Email), the order moves into production.
Step 4: Production
The factory begins manufacturing according to the approved technical specifications. The entire process is quality-controlled at every stage to ensure the finished product meets all requirements.
Step 5: Final Inspection & Delivery
Before each shipment, every batch is inspected for size, print quality, durability, and other key criteria. Customers may also engage an independent inspection agency such as SGS or an equivalent provider to inspect the goods before they are shipped to the export port, for added peace of mind. We will then arrange delivery to the agreed address and schedule.
