Order Process at VietPhatPlas
Our ordering process is designed to be clear, transparent and flexible, making it easy for customers to work with VietPhatPlas whether it is a first–time order or a recurring one.
Step 1: Share Your Requirements
Customers can contact us via email, phone or the contact form on our website, providing basic information such as: product type, size, thickness, color, estimated quantity and printing requirements (if any).
Step 2: Consultation & Quotation
Our sales and technical teams will propose suitable solutions, recommend materials, optimize specifications and send you a detailed quotation.
Step 3: Order Confirmation
After both parties agree on the design, price and payment terms, the customer confirms the order in writing (PO/Email). For printed products, we will send design files or mockups for approval before production.
Step 4: Production
Our factory starts production according to the approved specifications. The entire process is quality–controlled at each stage to ensure the final products meet all requirements.
Step 5: Final Inspection & Delivery
Before shipment, each batch is inspected for size, print quality, strength and other key criteria. We then arrange delivery according to the agreed address and schedule.
